Methods of Attraction
- LED Displays: Using strategically placed columns of LED displays, WindoVision DualTouch lights up your storefront like a movie premier! These backlit display frames feature your hottest properties and agents! People from either side of the street will be drawn to your displays, curious about what all you have to showcase. - High Bright Digital Display: Centered between LED displays is our sunlight readable 32″ rotating digital display. This screen plays a continous loop of content including listing tours, company videos, 3D tours, websites and much more!
- External Speaker: WindoVision DualTouch is a multi sensory experience that attracts people’s ears as much as it attracts their eye. Using an all-weather commercial speaker, your window instantly becomes an inviting experience for any passer by, playing music, audio prompts and calls to action!
- Interactive Custom Graphic: WindoVision DualTouch is intuitively interactive with our custom designed Interactive vinyl graphic. The buttons underneath the touchscreen turn your window into a “Real Estate ATM” that everyone will want to touch and experience!

On a typical installation, we’ll place the DualTouch Kiosk between columns of LED displays that instruct the user on all of the different information they have accessible at their fingertips. With WindoVision DualTouch, visitors to your office have a variety of different ways to engage with system and accesss information 24 Hours a Day
Methods of engagement
- Touchscreen Interface: Every listing that appears on the screen that users can engage with in order to access information. Users can press the “Play” button on the center of the screen to view a property tour or hit any of the other options on the screen to pull up a map, calculate a mortgage payment or request a showing.
- Keypad Navigation: Under the touchscreen, our through-glass interactive keypad allows potential clients to instantly access a variety of information, including property searches, instructional videos, a directory of your preferred partners or any custom information that is specific to your business (examples include Vactional Rentals, Agent Profiles, and 3D Tours).
- On Demand with System Code: Users can also access Featured Listings or Agents using a unique 3 digit code that is built in to every piece of content accessible at the DualTouch Kiosk. These codes are prominently featured on the LED displays that are adjacent to the system, giving them a 24 Hour presence and guiding user behavior.

- Drag-In Leads: The best and easiest way for you to generate leads from the WindoVision DualTouch system is right out on the sidewalk. From inside the office, you will notice person after person stopping to look at this displays, engaging the technology and searching properties. Our most effective clients use this instance as an opportunity to go out and engage the user, using the system as an icebreaker, and then offering them the chance to come inside for some information they could take with them on their way.
- 24 Hour Email & Text Lead Generation: We know that the office isn’t always open, and even if it is, there may not be a person available to talk to a prospect. That’s why WindoVision DualTouch comes with 24 Lead Generation for every listing that’s in the system. If a user views a property tour and wants more information about that listing or to set up a showing, they can press one of two “Request Info” options (on either the screen or keypad below). Once they select that option they’ll be instantly taken to a screen where they can leave contact info that is instantly routed to a contact of your choosing!
