In 2001, when most internet applications were “read only”, visionary entrepreneur Chris Naab, Sr. pioneered an interactive window display technology called WindoVision to help real estate offices take advantage of foot traffic to increase sales and bolster their image in the community.
Many companies have tried to imitate the WindoVision model, but none has come close to providing the number of features or excellent customer service that TouchPoint Systems provides.
During the 20+ years that followed, Chris and his team have installed this groundbreaking touch-smart technology at more than 1200 offices across the U.S. and Canada. Along the way, the TouchPoint Systems team has continued to update the technology and develop new applications for WindoVision, turning ordinary real estate office fronts into 24/7 interactive real estate information centers, reaching more than 30 million users.

A lifelong entrepreneur, Chris Naab Sr is the visionary who created the entire interactive storefront marketing industry. His vision and belief that windows could become interactive devices are responsible for thousands of daily storefront interactions.
When he’s not thinking up new applications for our technology, Chris enjoys fishing, being outdoors, and being “Papa” to his 12 grandchildren.
The son of Chris, Jay has been with Touchpoint Systems since 2009 and been the Director of Operations since 2019. Starting in 2023, Jay also assumed the role of VP of Sales. Jay has learned quite a bit from his father over the years and has been instrumental in the continuous development and innovation that Touchpoint Systems continues to implement for its clients.
Jay is married with 3 children and is an active member in his community of Ann Arbor, MI. Jay enjoys golf, spending time with his family, and following all his local Detroit sports teams.
A long time family friend of the Naabs, David is our Production Manager and oversees all new installations and onboarding. David also manages our team of technicians and contractors. David started in 2017 as an installation technician, he quickly assumed the Lead Technician role. In 2022, David transitioned to Production Manager and has excelled in that role ever since.
In his free time, David enjoys playing piano, watching movies, and is an avid LEGO enthusiast.
